Objective High

vanimadinHorror High is now tentatively titled Objective High instead because reasons, and all the journal tags have been changed accordingly.
OH is going to be a (LONG) one-shot, not a chaptered fic as I had originally intended (Where Monsters Come From is still going to be chaptered), and is currently running aaaaaaaat... 8359 words. Which isn't much considering I've been working on it for a few days now, but is WAY more than I've written in a LONG time, so I consider it a win. :| I keep wavering on whether or not to make it NSFW because there are a couple of spots that are SCREAMING for a sex scene, which I would normally have no problem with, but for some reason keep balking over in OH. I guess I'll figure it out.
OH has also spawned a sequel/spin-off one-shot called Cheap Motel that IS going to be NSFW, though, and probably only 8-10 pages long at the most, just dealing with one of Dean and Cas' meet-ups post OH events. I'm also CONSIDERING writing an ACTUAL sequel that takes place ten years after the events of OH and deals with Dean and Cas coming back into each other's lives after like a five year spate of radio silence on Cas' part (after he finds out he's actually an angel.) Dean is obviously hurt and angry that Cas ghosted him like that and Cas is trying to make it up to him and explain that he couldn't drag Dean into the angel shit. Not then, anyway. (Not that ghosting someone is ever the answer, but you know.)
So yeah. Enjoying writing the Destiel right now, I've never written them before so it's just something completely different for me to toy with with my New Brain while I figure everything out. Yay New Brain.
EDIT: Yeah no okay going back to Horror High, Objective High sounds like a drug reference to me for some reason. :|
